Domenica Rapisarda

Domenica graduated from Victoria University with Honours in 2018 and was admitted to practice in February 2019. She began practicing in Family Law on behalf of Victoria Legal Aid clients until eventually moving into private practice to work in the area of Wills and Estates. Domenica’s experience in Family Law provided her with the competency base and level of empathy required to draft complex estate plans and act for families in relation to probate applications and estate disputes. Domenica’s practice has gradually expanded to take in some aspects of property law including undertaking contract reviews and acting for clients in relation to property transactions.
Domenica is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
